Ali Wiesse

Ali Wiesse is a San Antonio based artist exploring domestic spaces through drawing and ceramics. A graduate of the Southwest School of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Wiesse's work is a renaissance of everyday experiences, a meditation on the sacred and mundane aspects of daily life. Through meticulous drawings and expressive ceramic pieces, she examines how rituals shape and reflect our personal and communal identities. Her recent body of work delves into food, preparation, and consumption, in art you can almost smell.
